Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over twenty years old patients in TKA for the diagnosis of osteoarthritis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with collagen disease,taking antiplatelet drugs,taking anticoagulant drugs,insulin therapy,drug allergy of EPA,hemorrhage,contrast media allergy ,detected DVT preoperative TKA

We examined patients underwent TKA with deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs using ultrasonography after EPA administration.
