Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ICDs would experience 1 or more VT/VF

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Allergy against eicosapentaenoic acid 2)Patients with malignant neoplasm 3)Subjects whose doctor in charge do not agree to join the trial

The primary endpoint was appropriate ICD therapy for VT/VF confirmed by stored electrograms, or death from any cause.
