Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant women over 20 years old with no complication. 2)Patients who have signed to an approved informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with obstetric complication. 2)Patients with medical complication. 3)Patients who cannot signed an informed consent. 4)Patients who are difficult to consent.
