Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stage IIIB or IV non-small cell lung cancer, Histologically or cytologically confirmed Non-small cell lung cancer patients with treatment history ECOG performance status must be 0-2 Acquisition of written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without notification of their cancer disease Patients with potential disease affecting QOL survey and handgrip test. Those judged to be not suitable by the attending physician
