Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who received at least two annual health checkups in Keio University Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with eGFR < 15 ml/min/1.73m2 (CKD stage G5) are excluded from the study.
