Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 50 years and older men, postmenopausal women, not restricted by a doctor from exercising, not have medication, smoking, and exercise habits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, lactose intolerance
