Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with an ulcer of at least one month's duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Screening platelet count < 150 x 109/L Uncontrolled infection at under Patient has active cancer Screening hemoglobin <8.0 mg/dL
