Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult consented to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Not satisfy selection criteria noted above. 2) Volunteers having allergic factors to foods and/or drugs.

cerebral autoregulation and baroreflex function at maximum drug concentration (Cmax) of sleep inducing drugs.

MeasureTime frame
cerebral blood flow, arterial blood pressure, heart rate, stroke volume, respiratory condition, cerebral blood volume, cerebral metabolism, intracranial pressure.
