Interventions

Lung resection for lung cancer patients will be performed by robot-assisted thoracoscopic surgery using da Vinci surgical system.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: lung cancer patients (including suspected) diagnosed by CT scan and other examinations Clinical stage I (cT1aN0M0 or cT1bN0M0) Informed consent obtained from the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiac disorders Severe pulmonary disorders Impossible cessation of anticoagulants Severe obesity (BMI>35) Patients without informed consent Any other reasons considered as inappropriate for this study
