Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy volunteer 2) No use of antihypertensive drugs 3) Likely to be able to take breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks at the research restaurant
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Use of antihypertensive drugs 2) Special dietary requirements (low energy, low potassium, etc) 3) Food allergy 4) Pregnant and breastfeeding women 5) Diagnosed with dementia 6) Other medical conditions that can affect assessment of outcomes 7) Undergraduate students of Shiga University of Medical Science
