Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults in 20s whose BMI is around 18.5 - 25 (also members of national health insurance). The additional experiment only requires age criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who have following disease or condition 1. high blood pressure 2. diabetes 3. whistling 4. other underlying disease

reliability of heart rate tracking ability of an optical heart rate activity tracker it evaluates reliability by using optical heart rate monitors and ECG at the same time, and as a additional experiment, it examines possibility of estimating HRV using optical heart rate monitors.
