Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female adults have spent a normal daily life. Also including visits and regular medication due to mild lifestyle-related diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe diseases such as hospitalization is required (both mentally and physically)
