Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were diagnosed as suspicion of Gauchers disease 2.Patients whom the written informed consent was obtained by him/herself or by proxy at the time of study enrollment 3.Patients whose number of platelets are less than 120000/micro L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were definitively diagnosed as idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) 2.Patients who were definitively diagnosed as aplastic anemia 3. Patients whom the principal investigator judged not to be eligible as a target
