Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medical management have failed prior to surgery. The patient hope to have surgical management.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: General anesthesia is impossible. Affected nerve is compressed by an aneurysm or an brain tumor.
