Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients are 65 years and older Patients are hospitalized with pneumonia and subsequently confirmed to have dysphagia by swallowing function testing They all provide written, informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)patients with cancers (2)patients with other serious complocations (3) Those who are considered as inappropriate subjects for any reasons.
