Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who will undergo surgery in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy for Lactobacillus preparation 2. Patients who were treated with antibiotics within one month before hospitalization 3. Patients who were treated with lactobacillus preparation within one month before hospitalization 4. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease. 5. Pregnancy 6. for whom the attending doctor considerd he or she is not appropriate for the study.
