Inclusion criteria: Persons who underwent healthcheckup and upper gastrointestinal radiographic contrast study They all provide written, informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)patients with cancers (2)patients with other serious complocations (3) Those who are considered as inappropriate subjects for any reasons.
