Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Who has been notify a diagnosis head and neck cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer and breast cancer. 2)Who has chemotherapy as an outpatient. 3)Who has physical status to acceptable examination. 4)Who can understand Japanese and provide answers for questions. 5)Who don't have serious cognition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The primary physician estimate that who cannot participate in the intervention or answer the questionnaire because of his/her physical, mental, or cognitive function.
