Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who diagnosed hepatic, splenic, or renal injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a person falling under any of the following; 1) No concent 2) allergic to eggs or egg products 3) pregnancy 4) assessd that ultrasonography is difficult 5) assessd to be inappropriate in other reasons
