Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a history of allergy to neuromuscular blockade, morbid obesity, severe hepatic, renal, or cardiovascular disease, neuromuscular disease, and those receiving medications known to influence neuromuscular function
