Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor diagnosed by imaging modalities 2. Requirement of EUS-FNA for deciding surgical resection 3. ECOG performance status = 1, 2 4. No severe dysfunction in other organs 5. Written informed consent obtained from patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of intervening vessels or other organs on the puncture line 2. High risk of complications (bleeding, tumor seeding) 3. Inability to obtain informed consent
