Inclusion criteria: Unresectable stage3b gastric cancer Stage 4 gastric cancer metachronous recurrence

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe complication Favor up over 38.0 degree Diarrhea over four times in a day Clinical problem for each patient
