Interventions

The voluntary activity of disabled children who are cared for at home by allowing them to experience postural variations using a postural maintenance apparatus for 6 months at home.

Inclusion criteria: children with severe motor and intellectual disabilities(classification of Ohshima)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not permission of doctor,a plan of hospitalization within 6 months
