Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy subjects 2. Person who provides informed consent by a document. 3. Students of Osaka Kawasaki Rehabilitation University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who daily take Ume and carbonated drink 2. Subjects who have diastolic blood pressure over 90 mmHg 3. Subjects who have food allergy
