Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Dry eye symdorome criteria defined by Japanese dry eye society was used for diagnosis. 1. ocular symptoms 2. tear abnormality (Shirmer test or BUT) 3. corneal epithelial damage: corneal staining score
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with following disease are excluded. myocardial infarction/ angina asthma/COPD infarction of digestive tract or cervix of bladder epilepsy Parkinson disease iritis previous allergic reaction to pilocarpine
