Inclusion criteria: Hypertension complicating T2DM with 1) CKD stage G2-G5 (eGFR<90mL/min/1.73m2) 2)Office BP>=130/80mmHg with ARB + amlodipine 5mg/day for at least 2 months 3)Out patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Dialysis patient 2) Nephrotic condition
