Chronic musculoskeletal disorder and deformity in craniocervical region

Interventions

intervention 1 corrective exercise 16 sessions in 8 weeks- each session increased from 20 to 70 minutes between week one to eight intervention two corrective-breathing combination exercise 16 session

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cranio- vertebral angle less than 48 degrees BMI between 20-25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -History of injury in neck and shoulder -History of neurological diseases -Receiving physical therapy in last 6 months -Severe rheumatoid arthritis, joint problems, cancer, tumor, inflammatory diseases in study regions -History of fraction or surgery in neck and upper extremities -weekly regular physical activity -History of being champion or being a member of sport teams

FHP was measured with lateral photography method at baseline and 8-week follow-up in three groups
