NSAIDs-induced small bowel injury

Interventions

NSAIDs(diclofenac 25mg, three times a day) and proton pump inhititor (omeprazole 20mg, twice daily) for 14days NSAIDs(diclofenac 25mg, three times a day) and placebo (lactose, twice daily) for 14days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy volunteers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) H. pylori infection 2) history of gastroduodenal ulcer 3) anemia 4) disorder of liver function 5) disorder of kidney function 6) hypertension 7) cardiac failure 8) aspirin-induced asthma 9) hypersensitivity to diclofenac or omeprazole
