Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy subjects, male and female aged from 20 to 65 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects in medication, or who have anamnesis with serious disease that require medication 2) Subjects with chronic disease of asthma 3) Subjects who are allergic to the test sample

Hand grip test, 30-second chair stand test, 5 m tandem walking test and cycle ergometer test, inquiry for fatigue(VAS) and inquiry related to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome before and after ingestion (4 weeks)
