Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject is diagnosed with asthma who use iPhone smartphone and is a fluent Japanese speaker. Subject must have access to an App Store in order to download and use our application "Zensoku-Log".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The incorrect input such as a mistaken word.
