The cases who receive general anesthesia or epidural anesthesia.

Interventions

EMLA was used for analgesia of puncture procedures , before 60 minutes of procedure. Penless was used for analgesia of puncture procedures , before 30 minutes of procedure.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who receive general anesthesia. ASA-PS (American Society of Anesthesiologists - Physical Status) 1 or 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Past history of allergy for local anesthetics. ?Past history of contact dermatitis for ointment. ?Severe hepatic, renal or cardiovascular disease. ?Dermal abnormality on the puncture site. ?Methemogulobinemia ?Porphyria ?Sensory disturbance ?Pregnancy or lactation period ?Anesthesiologist determine that the patient is inappropriate for this study.
