Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal subjects classified by an annual special health checkup. Subjects with pre-metabolic syndrome detected by an annual special health checkup Subjects with metabolic syndrome detected by an annual special health checkup

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetic or hypertensive patients, especially who take diabetic or hypertensive medications. Patients with past history of cardiovascular disease Patients who are suffering from acute or chronic inflammatory disease or malignant disease
