Inclusion criteria: The newborn baby performed nasal-continuous positive airway pressure more than two days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The newborn baby detected the non-intraoral indigenous bacterium before nasal-continuous positive airway pressure by the intraoral culture.
