Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Subject who are the age of 20 to less than the age of 60 years old. 2) Healthy adult Male and Female 3) Subjects who can make self-judgment and are voluntarily giving written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Diabetes patients on treatment 2) Subjects who have dairy products allergy. 3) Subjects who use oral medication and constantly consume supplements affecting blood glucose. 4) Subjects who constantly use pharmaceuticals for chronic malady. 5) Subjects who have a history of digestive disease affecting digestion and absorption. 6) Subjects who are judged as unsuitable for the study by the investigator for other reasons.
