Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent general anesthesia in Osaka City University Hospital from 2009 to 2015

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were intubated before surgery,who underwent tracheostomy after surgery,or who underwent esophagectomy
