Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospitalized patient and outpatient who receive gastrointestinal examination in Nagoya University Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who reject to participate in this study Patients whom the investigator considers inappropriate for entry into the trial.

MeasureTime frame
Correlation between digestive disease and hydrogen concentration in breath by thermoelectric sensor.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) Component analysis of expiratory noble gases. 2) Differences in microbiota according to the disease and region. 3) Determination of specific concentration of expiratory hydrogen gas according to the disease. 4) Changes of expiratory hydrogen gas according to disease progression. 5) Correlation between expiratory noble gases in the exhaled air and gut microbiota, digestive diseases.
