Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with irritable bowel syndrome who will receive colonoscopy 2) Patients with ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease who will receive colonoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who received total colectomy Patients who were resected surgery within 6 months Patients who had extra-gastrointestinal bleeding Patients who receive apheresis therapy
