Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients diagnosed as having interstitial lung diseases such as idiopathic interstitial pneumonia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are difficult to measure the FOT or pulmonary function tests Patients who are unable to get informed consent
