Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with lifestyle-related diseases recruited from department of endocrinology and metabolism Tokushima University Hospital or department of internal medicine Anan Kyoei Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient on hemodialysis or having problems in the arms
