The subject does stabilization exercise which duration is 3:20 twice per a day(9:00AM and 13:00PM) for 84 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A logistics employee who has worked for lifting a heavy load over 3 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with specific low back pain Those with Hospital care for any disease
