Interventions
Rehabilitation therapy with Neuromusculae elestrical stimulation (NMES). Intervention with NMES is scheduled 15 min/day, six times a week, for 4 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Shoulder subluxation with hemiplegia; more than 1 month since the onset of stroke; stable condition; informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe higher brain dysfunction and dementia, poor consciousness; pacemaker implantation; severe cardiac disease
