Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary breast cancer in stage 0 to IIIC Treatment with exemestane Postmenopausal E2 <30pg/ml Written informed consent is obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients already treated as osteoporosis
