Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria. 1. patients who have cerebella-pontine angle lions and are older than 20 years-old. 2. Cerebello^pontine angle lesions include acoustic neuroma, cerebello-pontine angle meningioma, vertebrobasilar aneurysm and cerebello-pontine angle vascular malformation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion those who can not express their decision and intuition.
