Interventions

mitomycin C immediate bladder infusion therapy MMC40mg mixed with saline40ml is administered to 30 minutes in the bladder within 48 hours after surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients is diagnosed with upper urinary tract urotherial tumor in tissue biopsy in ureteroscopy 2.Patient's upper urinary tract urotherial tumor is significant in image 3.Patien's classification urine cytology is positive 4.Following 1 or 2 or 3, nephroureterectomy is emforced 5.Patient's agreement is obtained in a document about participation of this trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Both upper urinary tract urotherial tumor 2.History of bladder tumor 3.history of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy 4.Patient can't voiding
