Interventions

After positioning the side-view endoscope in the second portion of the duodenum at the time of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, duodenal juice was collected for 5 minutes using PR-130Q
no protease inhibitor is added in the initial syringe and one protease inhibitor is added in the following another syringe. The sample is immediately put into 2mL-tube and stored at -80degrees.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 20 or more year-old 2) Patients who undergo ERP and pancreatic juice cytology for their pancreatic diseases 3) Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have a history of severe complications due to ERP 2) Patients who have a history of complications due to secretin 3) Not written informed consent 4) Patients who the doctor-in-charge figures unsuitable for this study
