Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute ischemic brain attack admitted within the first 24 hours after symptom onset

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with intracranial hemorrhage, known inflammatory or malignant disease, abnormal coagulant disease, and/or cardiovascular operation within the previous 6 months
