Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Glaucoma patients treated with ophthalmic solutions for reduction of intraocular pressurein more than one year. 2) Patients treated with steroid ophthalmic solutions more than three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of antibiotics administration within two weeks prior to the study, 2) Patients suspecting any infectious ocular diseases. 3) Patients whom investigators considered not to be are eligible.
