Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus. Patients with good enough cognitive function for the agreement of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Untolerable for MRI study.

We will evaluate functional MRI and motor and cognitive function before and 2 months after surgery. cognitive function(ACE-3, MMSE, FAB, WAIS-R, ADAS, WMS-R, TMT), motor function( Timed Up&Go test), functional MRI
