Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient that an upper abdominal surgery was planned

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient of NYHA classification 3-4 degrees, Patient having a renal dysfunction or live dysfunction, postoperative Hb less than 9g/dl, something coagulopathy, operation history of respiratory organ, not cooperatively patient, other inappropriate patient.

Comparison of total fluid volume and extravascular lung water index in crystalloid solution or volven.
