Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patietns with perihilar cholangiocarcinoma in Hokkaido University Hospital (department of Surgery II or Gastroeterological surgery II), during period from January 2000 to September 2015.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Palliative intention, surgery after chemotherapy.
